Cleanwave Restaurant Server

Reports to:	Dining Room Supervisor

Cleanwave Restaurant is seeking experienced servers. Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday during the off-season (October – May) and Sunday through Saturday during the peak season (May – October). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience and providing excellent customer service. The Cleanwave Server will possess a positive, outgoing personality and a sense of urgency.

Server responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting customers.
Taking orders, promoting specials and providing recommendations.
Serving meals.
Assisting with take-out.
Presenting bills and accept payments.
Clearing tables.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Previous experience as a food and beverage server, preferred.
Previous experience with customer service, an asset.
Previous experience with a POS system will be considered an asset.
Food Handler Certification will be considered an asset.
Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute as a team member.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
Must be available for day shifts.
Must be available for weekend shifts.
